These terms and conditions shall constitute the
entire agreement between Phoenix Flash Products and the
purchaser. Any contract between
us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase
of products or services through the site will be governed by the
laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract
will be communicated in English.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials
on this Web site are directed solely at consumers who access
this Web site from the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access this site from other
locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and
to the extent local laws are applicable.
We reserve the right to alter these terms
and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and
conditions on this Web site.
Pricing:
All products are priced and sold in GBP (£). For your
convenience we show prices in US$ and € as well. Although
updated regularly, US Dollar & Euro prices are for guidance only
and do not necessarily reflect the actual rate used for the
transaction. For customers outside the UK your credit card
company will perform the conversion at their own rate. If you
have any doubts please refer to your card provider.
All orders under £350 will be processed on our
behalf by
Nochex. For orders in excess of £350 we will contact you by
telephone or email to confirm your order and to take your credit
or debit card details.
Shipping: We ship
globally and shipping is charged according to the total weight
of products in your cart.
The cost will be calculated on checkout and will depend on your
location and the shipping method selected. All shipping
charges include packaging costs etc and UK shipping includes
insurance. Owing to the added expense we do not automatically
insure orders from outside the UK. Airmail insurance is
available as an option during checkout.
Please note that some postal
services will not carry flash products. All items are shipped at
your risk.
All our products are safe to
store and use as long as the instructions are followed. Flash
products are only to be sold to and used by persons over the age
of 18 (or older if local laws apply). By placing an order with
us you are confirming that you are of age to use flash products
and that you will store and use them properly. For customers
outside the UK it is your responsibility to ensure that flash
products may be imported to your country legally and we cannot
be held responsible for any items impounded by customs or
refused carriage by your postal service.
All designs, text,
graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Web site
are the copyright of Phoenix Flash Products or its content
providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy
or print portions of this site for their own personal,
non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site
without Phoenix Flash Product's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Wholesale customers may use our descriptions and images to
promote products they have purchased from us.
Applicable to
retail customers only We
will take every care in picking and packing your order. Please
unpack & check your order upon receipt. Notify us immediately by
email if
there are any shortages, damages etc. All claims must be made
within 7 days of receipt of the order and any returns made
within a further 7 days for UK customers or 10 days for
international customers. Returns must be authorised in advance
and include a copy of the invoice or confirmation email.
Unwanted items can also be returned by following
the procedures above. You must notify us of any unwanted items
within 7 days of receipt of the order, stating the order number
and the item(s) you wish to return. You must take 'reasonable
care' in the storage and packaging of items to be returned.
CDs, DVDs and any custom printed items are
non-returnable unless faulty. Any faulty CDs, DVDs or custom
printed products will be exchanged for another copy of the same
item. We aim to ship
orders within 1 working day. In the rare instance of any item
not being available for dispatch it will be back ordered and
shipped at our expense when it is back in stock. We will notify
you of any back ordered items and give you the option to cancel
that item. You can cancel any back ordered item at any point
prior to its dispatch.

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value of £50.00
+ shipping We
